Day 2—Visually grab your Reader on FB and Instagram
The importance of photos!!
You must have professional pictures taken of YOUR location, services, etc. You can use stock photos at first, but real photos ALWAYS win.
An iPhone camera is great for daily posts. But for your website, cover photo and profile photos, you must have real, crisp, clear photos.
Who can you contact? Who can help you with this? Put a post on your FB page asking for a photographer. Don’t have much money? Trade or barter. Start somewhere and work up as you can afford it. DO NOT skimp on good photos!
Homework:
Go to your Facebook page. When people come to your page, do they visually know what you do/sell/offer?
Is your profile picture a logo? Change to a face.
Check your Facebook button. Where does it lead? Do you want them to learn more, contact you, buy now?
Check your Facebook header photo. Create a new header on picmonkey.com. Make a cover photo that is a collage, showing your location, your services, your happy clients, your services—all in one visual glance.
Go to your business profile on Instagram. What’s your profile picture? Change to match Facebook and use faces! (Don't have Instagram set up? I'll teach you how in the full course. Purchase it below.)
*Share in our group your header photo! We want to see! Ask the members if it's clear and makes sense!
